Each Williams Farrow Modern Farmhouse we build features a mix of the timeless, contemporary and traditional elements from early 20th century American architecture with an emphasis on functionality for today’s modern home buyer.

Important exterior elements of Farmhouses include a large front porch, dark windows, metal roofing, and classic barn lighting. Natural materials such as distressed wood, wrought iron, exposed beams, wide plank flooring, and ship lap details are some of the iconic elements we incorporate in our Farmhouses.
